Fernwartung

Die schnel­le Hil­fe. Mit einem Fern­war­tungs­tool kön­nen wir Ihren Bild­schirm sehen und auch die Maus und die Tas­ta­tur bedie­nen. Die­ses Tool müs­sen Sie aber erst her­un­ter laden und aus­füh­ren. Dabei wird das Tool nicht instal­liert, son­dern nur im Spei­cher ausgeführt.

Die­ses Tool kön­nen Sie hier her­un­ter laden. Der gro­ße Vor­teil ist, daß wir nicht zu Ihnen kom­men müs­sen um eine ers­te Ein­schät­zung abge­ben zu können.

Es fal­len kei­ne Anfahrts­kos­ten an. Unser Arbeits­zeit berech­nen wir nach unse­ren Stun­den­sät­zen, z.Z. 23 € zzgl. MwSt pro ange­fan­ge­ne 15 Minuten.

Bedienungsanleitung

Die Bedie­nung ist denk­bar ein­fach. Nach dem Down­load fin­den Sie das Pro­gramm “DaST-Net-Fernwartung.exe” im Download-Ordner. Am bes­ten ver­schie­ben Sie das Pro­gramm von dort auf den Desktop.

Dann star­ten Sie das Pro­gramm. Das Fern­war­tungs­tool baut eine Ver­bin­dung zum Inter­net auf und Sie bekom­men eine “ID”.
Die­se benö­ti­gen wir, um Sie zu fin­den. Das Pass­wort wird bei jeder Sit­zung neu gene­riert. Das war’s schon.

Nun kön­nen wir uns mit Ihrem Rech­ner verbinden.
