Die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung tritt in Kraft: 25.05.2018
Die Bundesregierung hat auch das neue Datenschutzgesetz (BDSG) verabschiedet. Diese tritt zeitgleich mit der DS-GVO in Kraft.
Datenschutz und IT-Sicherheit sind mehr miteinander verbunden als Sie denken!
Es geht um die gesetzlich geforderten technischen und organisatorischen Maßnahmen. Wenn Ihre Datenverarbeitung in den Anwendungsbereich des BDSG und der DS-GVO fällt, müssen Sie sich um die sogenannten TOM’s kümmern.
Das bedeutet, dass mit der Verordnung ein nicht unerheblicher Mehraufwand an Dokumentation geleistet werden muss. Was dokumentiert werden muss, können Sie hier lesen:
